Não Me Perturbe is a free Android app developed by ABR Telecom in the Utilities & Tools category. The app aims to provide a solution for users who want to block unwanted telemarketing calls related to telecommunications services and consigned operations.

Telemarketing activities have become a significant tool for the growth of telecommunications services in Brazil. In an industry initiative, the major Telecommunications Service Providers in the country have come together to discuss best practices and standardize the use of this mechanism in alignment with the growing societal debate on the topic and in respect to citizens. Following the implementation of Não Me Perturbe, banks offering consigned products have also requested participation on the website, allowing users to request the blocking of unwanted calls related to Consigned Loans and Consigned Credit Cards.

The app serves as a registration platform where users can request the blocking of telemarketing calls from participating service providers and consigned operations performed by financial institutions. Users need to provide the phone number they wish to block calls from, as well as the specific service provider and/or financial institution they do not wish to receive telemarketing calls from.

Once registered, both service providers and banks will be prohibited from making offers to the registered phone number for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the request. It is important to note that the blocking of calls from financial institutions does not apply to the following cases: data confirmation, fraud prevention, debt collection, and retention of portability requests, with or without refinancing offers.
